RESULTS: Where in Gilroy
The wolf's home has been guessed, but readers can still win a prize if they answer another question correctly.
Gilroy Patch asked what downtown building this furry creature belongs to, and after 19 days of guessing, someone has finally answered correctly.
The wolf painting can be found on the back of 9Lives, near the railroad tracks.
According to Jorge Briones of 9Lives, the wolf was painted in 2011 by Dylan Kelly, and is one of four animals that's indigenous to the region.
The location of this wolf has been determined, but Gilroy Patch is going to up the ante with another question: What are the other three animals that are indigenous to the area?
Guess the three animals correctly, and you'll win a $5 Starbucks gift card from Gilroy Patch!
Readers are being trusted to answer this question without the aid of the Internet or books. Good luck!

Jan Bernstein Chargin is the person who guessed it correctly. She's from the Gilroy Compassion Center and is the spokeswoman for Gav. College. She must be hitting up 9Lives in her spare time, or just has a great memory for mysterious furry creatures painted on buildings ;)

I'm sorry, Lisa! None of those are the other three indigenous animals to the region. Good guess, though. Racoons seems to be indigenous everywhere!

So if a bear is wrong why is a bear on our state flag? It's a grizzly bear. So I think grizzly bear is correct.

The Bear is there, because of a mistake! It was supposed to be a PEAR! But it was misread! http://www.snopes.com/lost/bearflag.asp
