Get Out in Gilroy: NFL Competition, South Bay Swing Band and More

Get ready for a week of fun with Karaoke Night at Station 55, swing dancing at Fifth St. Live, and a fierce football competition this week in Gilroy.

Where/When: 55 5th St., Thursday, 8 pm to 12 am.

Why Go: Station 55 Bar & Grill hosts a night of good food and good entertainment with their karaoke Thursdays! Belt out your favorite tunes with Jr. Diaz upstairs in the "Hook & Ladder Lounge."

Where/When: El Roble School Field 930 3rd St., Saturday 9 am to 12 pm.

Why Go: Ready for some friendly competition? Children ages 6 to 15 may compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prices for a chance to go to Sectional Finals at a SF 49ers game and National Finals at a NFL championship game. Each participant is allowed one pass, punt, and kick. Good luck!

Where/When: Gilroy Center for the Arts, 7341 Monterey St., Sunday, noon to 4 pm. 

Why Go: The market offers local and organic produce as well as other services such as body soaps and lotions, olive oil, honey and baked goods. Now entering its second month, the Farmers Market is in full bloom, giving guests a wide array of items to browse through and buy.
