Gilroy Gardens Unveils New Logo

Basket tree and garlic bulb are incorporated into Gilroy Garden's new logo.

Gilroy Gardens Family Theme Park released a new logo this week that includes the amusement park’s signature basket tree, along with a garlic bulb illustrated into the name.

The logo was designed by Gilroy marketing and design firm Articulate Solutions, which also created the award-winning City of Gilroy logo and tagline, “A Community With a Spice for Life," according to a recent media release.

The agency’s Creative Director Katherine Filice, said it was a privilege for her team to work with the park to strengthen the Gilroy community.

“Gilroy Gardens is a local treasure and a real asset to our community. We were honored to work with them on this project and [to] help better align their brand to the city of Gilroy," Flice stated in the release.

According to the park’s vice president and general manager, Barbara-Lea Granter, the amusement park is satisfied with the logo and will incorporate it into the redesign of its Highway 152 billboard sometime next year.

“We are very enthusiastic about the new logo, which ties the gardens to the city while preserving our own identity and icons,” Granter said. “We could not have achieved that without the expertise of Articulate Solutions and Kat Filice.”
