Sing Your Heart Out This Weekend

Here are five things you should know for Saturday.

1.  Step out on the town for some fun tonight at Gilroy Bowl, where you can enjoy digital karaoke at the bar. The event is open to all every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9:30 p.m. to closing. The bowling alley is at 7554 Monterey St.

2. It's on in Silicon Valley! This is an event for all ages, singles, groups and families. Silicon Valley Derby Girls is starting off its season this year with a double header that starts at 6 p.m. The team will be matched against the Berkeley Resistance and Washington State. Vendors will sell shirts and beer at the event. Tickets are $8-$30 BrownPaperTickets.com.

3. Take a drive over to Psycho Donuts in Campbell this morning to experience "Lovesick at Psycho." It's an eventful prelude to Valentine's Day. There will be an anti-love art theme on display followed by karaoke. The show starts at 10 a.m.

4. Interested in attending a Super Bowl party? This Sunday, has food and fun for all ages. Guests will have the chance to win raffle prizes and meet fellow local residents. The event starts at 3 p.m.

5. On Sunday, if you're not into football, take a drive to Santa Cruz to enjoy the Kinetic Poets Festival at UC Santa Cruz. It starts at 7 p.m. in the UC Porter Dining Hall in Porter College, on the west side of campus.
