The last week of January was a busy one for escrow officers and mortgage lenders in Gilroy as 13 homes changed hands.  The biggest sale was a four bedroom, five bath home sitting on 10 acres.  The 7,692 square foot home is located on Bridle Path Drive.

At the other end of the spectrum is a two bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium.  The 908 square foot home sold for $130,000.
