Why Go: Yes, it's a bit of a hike to Santa Clara, but this seminar for your child could well be worth it. Call it stranger conflict management, but basically this seminar will teach your kid what to do if a stranger approaches and how to avoid trouble. For ages 5 to 10, a parent must be present during the seminar.

This week is a good time to go on over and take a look at the art work done by local high school students.
