Where Are You Watching Game 1 of the 2012 World Series?

World Series kicks off Wednesday at AT&T Park. We have all the info on schedules and tickets, and we want to hear how you think the series will go.

From Stubby's Sports Bar and Grill to Claddagh Irish Restaurant and Pub to Krazy Koyote Bar and Grill, Gilroy has a selection sports bars to watch the San Francisco Giants battle the Detroit Tigers in Game 1 of the 2012 World Series Wednesday night.

So the question is not if but where you are watching Game 1. First pitch is set for at 5:07 p.m. at AT&T Park.

  • Are you heading to a sports bar?
  • Prefer the comfort of your own home (and the choice of Kruk and Kuip on the radio over Fox's team of Joe Buck and Tim McCarver)?
  • Or are you big time and heading to AT&T Park?

The Giants stormed into 2012 World Series Monday night by scorching the St. Louis Cardinals 9-0 behind the undaunted pitching of Matt Cain and the mind-boggling hitting performance by Marco Scutaro. The Tigers, boasting Cy Young and AL MVP candidates in Justin Verlander and Miguel Cabrera, respectively, are an even more daunting foe.
