Mourners remembered Sierra LaMar on Saturday with a ceremonial balloon release and fundraiser event, honoring the one year anniversary of the Morgan Hill teenager's abduction on March 16, 2012.
“I had hoped that this day would never arrive,” Sierra’s father Steve LaMar said last week. “Thank goodness for the support and generosity of the volunteers and community.”
