Party in the Vineyard Raises $10K for Habitat for Humanity
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Gilroy office put on the event; you can still contribute by purchasing a raffle ticket.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced its Gilroy office raised $10,220 at its eighth annual Party in the Vineyard fundraiser benefiting Habitat for Humanity. All net proceeds will be donated to the Silicon Valley/East Bay chapter of Habitat for Humanity and go toward funding local building projects in 2014.
Party in the Vineyard was held Sept. 10 at Fortino Winery in Gilroy and included wine, lunch provided by West Side Grill, live music, a raffle and silent auction. The event drew hundreds of agents, staff, friends, families and clients from around South County and is the office’s most successful fundraiser each year.
“Party in the Vineyard has become a tradition for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and we look forward to the fundraiser every year,” said Nancy Robinson, manager of the company’s Gilroy office. “As REALTORS®, we understand the importance of having a safe and comfortable place to live. Habitat for Humanity does incredible work and we’re happy to support such a wonderful organization in any way we can.”
The fundraising event was held in conjunction with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s 15th annual Homes and Hope fundraiser benefiting Habitat for Humanity chapters throughout Northern California. From now until Oct. 18 agents in the company’s 57 offices are selling raffle tickets to help raise money. Organizers have set a goal of raising $356,000 during this year’s campaign.
Over the past 14 years, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has raised more than $2.3 million for Habitat for Humanity chapters in Northern California. The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage team has also volunteered more 48,000 hours and participated in the construction of 179 Habitat for Humanity homes.
Raffle tickets are $2 each and the public is invited to participate. Prizes include $5,000 donated by Princeton Capital, gift certificates, hotel stays and much more.
