Gilroy Assistance League announces 8th Annual "Impressions" Home & Garden Tour

The Gilroy Assistance League announces its eighth annual signature fundraiser – “Impressions” Home and Garden Tour featuring South County country homes on May 11 and 12.

 The tour will showcase four distinctive homes and their landscapes located in Gilroy and the area just north of Gilroy.  Homes featured include: a Mediterranean, a Spanish Colonia Revival, a Traditional, and a Contemporary-Traditional. All homes feature expansive outdoor living spaces and views.

 Guests will enjoy complimentary light appetizers and no-host wine along with a Home and Garden Boutique at the end of the tour.

 The walking/driving tour takes place on Friday, May 11 and Saturday, May 12, 2012. Tours will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 4 p.m. with final check-in at 2 p.m.

 Tickets cost $25 in advance and $30 on the day of the event.  Tickets will be available for purchase on the Gilroy Assistance League Web site at www.gilroyassistanceleague.org or from Gilroy Assistance League Active Members. All proceeds benefit local children’s programs.

The Gilroy Assistance League is a non-profit corporation of 35 active members providing grants to local health and recreation programs, visual and performing arts, and numerous other youth-oriented projects in our local Gilroy community.

General recommendations: In consideration of our hosts, please refrain from smoking, eating or taking pictures. The Gilroy Assistance League apologizes there is no handicap access. Flat shoes are requested and please no large handbags. Children age 12 and older are welcome.
