New students must submit an application, take an assessment test, attend orientation, and meet with a counselor prior to registering for classes.
Gavilan College has over 100 degree and certificate programs to choose from, including nine options for the new associate degrees for transfer, guaranteeing transfer to California State University. Career fields include Water Resources Management, Aviation, Cosmetology, Computer Graphics and Design, Nursing, Digital Media, Child Development, Administration of Justice and Computer Graphics and Design. Gavilan College has small classes, great faculty, and a supportive learning environment to help you succeed. California residents pay only $46 per unit and financial aid is available.
