It's not OK for Obama to be spying on us

Back when Bush was president I used to hate how he had a total disregard for the law and the Constitution. They just did whatever they wanted without any regard to if it was legal. When Obama became president I thought the nightmare was over. Now we can get back to the rule of law.

But now we find out that not only isn't it over, but the spying has increased. They are watching everything. The are looking at who we call, when we call, and how long we talk. They are also sucking data from Google and Apple and since phones now have GPS they know where we go, when we go, and how long we're there. And if we assume that they are also into our bank accounts they would also know what we buy, where we buy it, and what it costs.

This is all illegal. America has a Constitution that was created by We the People to form a government to serve us. But now Obama and our Senator Fienstein are trying to make excuses saying we need it to foil terrorism. Terrorists like who? The Tea Party? Code Pink? It's OK that 1000 people a day die from smoking cigarettes but we have to give up our freedom because they say they are protecting us from the Boogie Man? Give me a break!

It's bad enough when Republicans do it. It's even worse when Democrats do it. It's an act of treason against the Constitution and all the values that America was founded on. Now both parties are in on it. They are watching us, everything we do. It's criminal. It's like someone stole America when Bush became president and replaced it with a phoney one. Then Obama became president and brought back the real America, but it turns out to be phoney too.

The time has come for all Americans to stand up to the Government and say NO! This is OUR COUNTRY. We need to get up in their faces when they come out in public and tell them to restore the rule of law. No government spying, no secret FISA courts. No more warrantless searches. The time has come to start burning flags to get someone's attention.
