Manuel "Lucky" Joseph Barroza: Former owner of Farm Mart and Quality Feed in Gilroy. Passed away Aug. 18. He was 87.

Valerie T. Batchelder: Services were held in Gilroy. She worked at JC Penny and Gavilan College. Died of Multiple Sclerosis on Aug. 16. She was 69.

Georgia L. Collins: Charter member of the First Baptist Church of Gilroy. Passed away Aug. 11. She was 92.

Guadalupe M. Cordova: Burial and funeral held in Gilroy. Passed away Aug. 10. She was 86. 

Alfredo F. Cuellar: Longtime mechanic at Gilroy Foods. Known as "Scooby" to his friends. Passed away Aug. 10. He was 79.

Jennie Filice: Resident of Gilroy. Owned a fruit stand with her husband. Passed away Aug. 10. She was 91.

Joseph Francis Soares: Born in Gilroy. Served in the Korean War. Passed way Aug. 18. He was 66.
