THE WHEELER MANOR on Carmel & 6th street                                       Question # 1 . I would like to no why there are young people living in a home that was build for our older seniors.Question 2.I no of a young family late 30,early 40 have 5 cars.There are also many other that have more than one car, and they dont park in there space on the grounds.Thanks
