Thanks for Voting, Results Coming Soon. Readers' Choice: Best Sports Bar to Toast the Giants

The Giants opening Game was Friday, and we want to know where you went to toast the first game.

For this week's Readers' Choice Gilroy Patch poll, we're asking readers to name the best sports bar around town to toast the Giants. The Giants' opening game was Friday, and we want to know which sports bar you went to toast the season's start.

Do you have a specific go-to sports bar that's your first choice for toasting the start of the baseball season or to watch sports in general?

Some popular places that come to mind right away are Stubby's Sports Bar and The Longhouse Restaurant. Then we have Station 55, where many Gilroyans sat in suspense as they .

However, Gilroy is full of eateries with great appetizers and fun sports bars. Where's your favorite place to go to watch sports with your buddies over a plate of buffalo wings?

Vote in our poll below, and tell us in the comments section why you love your selected sports bar.

The winner of this poll will be determined using a point system based on the most verified votes together with the best ratings in each  business' directory listing.

If there's a tie, the business with the highest number of positive reviews in the listings and comments in the Readers' Choice article will be declared the winner.

Voting results posted in real time shall not be deemed official until Patch has reviewed and confirmed all of the votes.

Voting is open until 9 a.m. Friday and the winner, announced around noon, will receive a "Readers' Choice 2012" certificate.

Please rate the businesses below on their Patch Places listings and leave a review.

The official Readers' Choice Contest rules are attached to the right of this article.

So which one is it going to be? And make sure to tell us why your choice should be crowned the best sports bar around. And if we're leaving a business off the list, let us know and we'll update the poll.
