Gilroy Mom Finds Sexual Photos of Daughter and High School Teacher
It is unknown if the daughter was underage at the time the photos were taken. She is now 19.
The Gilroy Police Department is in the beginning stages of an investigation into a brewing sex scandal involving a high school teacher and a student.
A woman called police over the weekend to report that she had found "disturbing photos" on her daughter's computer, Sgt. Pedro Espinoza said.
The woman believes the man in the photos is a high school teacher, possibly at Santa Teresa High School in San Jose, where her daughter attended. The photos were first discovered when the woman took the hard drive in for repairs, Espinoza said.

It is unclear if the daughter was underage when the photos were taken, but Espinoza said she is now 19.
The mother refused to let officers take the hard drive for a forensic evaluation, so police suggested she speak to a lawyer and then to have the lawyer speak with the police department.
