Man Arrested After Reportedly Exposing Himself in a Car
A witness followed the man and gave his location to police.
have arrested a man for indecent exposure after a witness reported him masturbating inside a vehicle near the First Street Sunday morning, according to a press release from the Gilroy Police Department.
The witness reported seeing Gilroy resident Gilberto Perez Loza, 49, inside of a vehicle on the 700 block of First Street at 9:44 a.m. Sunday, police said.
The witness followed the vehicle as it drove away and directed officers to its location. Police conducted a traffic stop and arrested Perez on an indecent exposure charge, according to the release.
