On Jan. 27 at approximately 3:04 a.m., Santa Clara County Communications received a 911 call regarding shots fired in the area of Oak Valley Road and Sheila Avenue in unincorporated Morgan Hill.
Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area to investigate the call. While in the area, Deputies were alerted by a resident on Oak Valley Road, that an adult male was unconscious and not breathing inside his home. Deputies located the adult male and immediately initiated C.P.R. in an attempt to revive the victim. EMS was also summoned for the victim.
The victim, an adult male believed to be in his 30s, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
It is unknown at this time if the deceased victim was related to the 911 call that was received earlier in the area. No further information is available at this time.
