Morgan Hill Teen Missing Since Friday Morning

Sierra Lamar, 15, was last seen at 6 a.m. Friday as she was leaving for school.

Police are searching for 15-year-old Sierra Lamar who was last seen around the Palm and Dougherty avenue area in unincorporated Morgan Hill at 6 a.m., Friday, as she was leaving for school.

Santa Clara County Communications received a 911 call regarding the missing teen on Friday, according to Sgt. Jose Cardoza of the Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office.

Sierra typically leaves for school at 6 a.m., but she didn't show up for school that day, her family told police. The teen reportedly does not have a history of running away from home.

Sierra is 5’2, has a thin build and was last seen with her Juicy brand purse that has a black and pink design. Information regarding the description of her clothing is unknown.
