Monday, April 8

3:02 p.m. Charla Quintana assaulted another woman with a stick in the area of the Gilroy Outlets on Leavesley Road

7:30 a.m. There was a two vehicle collision on Santa Teresa Blvd, south of Sunrise Drive.

3:47 a.m. The suspect threatened the victim with a stick on Monterey Street.

Sunday, April 7

8:24 p.m. Juan Sanchez, 35, punched the male victim in the face, causing abrasions and bruising, on Church Street. 

Saturday, April 6

10 p.m. Unknown suspects broke the victim’s rear door window on Murray Ave to gain entry to her locked vehicle, and took her purse.

8:15 p.m. A man was contacted after he was found disturbing kids in front of 7-Eleven on Monterey Street. He was determined to be drunk in public. He was transported to Santa Clara County Jail and booked. 

1:30 p.m. Tomas Rodriguez was arrested for domestic battery of his girlfriend on Alexander Street.

9:44 a.m. A suspect was cited for less than 28.5 grams of marijuana at Welburn and Church.

Thursday, April 4

4:36 p.m. There was a vehicle stolen out of the San Jose PD. It was recovered by Bracco’s Towing during a private property tow out of the 7200 block of Monterey Road. It was a ’92 Honda Prelude.

Wednesday, April 3

11:45 p.m. Marin Villasenor, 32, was arrested for being under the influence of a stimulant, resisting a police officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was contacted at the scene of a probation search.

2:20 p.m. Three juveniles trespassed into the campus of Brownell Middle School on Carmel Street. The incident occurred Sunday, March 31 and was reported on Wednesday. They rode scooters on campus and decided to ride them on the roof. While on the roof, each of them broke an upper window, valued at around $900.
