Police Blotter: Vehicle Burglaries and Theft at Starbucks

Wednesday

9 p.m. Unknown suspects broken the rear passenger door window to gain entry to a locked vehicle on Lewis Street and took the victim’s wallet.

3:35 p.m. An unknown suspect entered a store on Monterey Street and stole a notebook and iPhone listed on display near the front of the store.

8:50 a.m. A suspect cut the fence and entered the property, taking a car stereo on Welburn Ave.

Tuesday

2:20 p.m. The arrestee was in possession of marijuana and cigarettes on a school campus on Wren Ave.

9:52 a.m. While the victim was seated at Starbucks, a suspect reached into her purse and took her wallet. The suspect – a San Jose transient currently situated in Gilroy – was located and the wallet was recovered.

Monday

7:15 a.m. A home was burglarized on Glenview Ave and over $4,000 worth of jewelry was taken.

Sunday

9:50 p.m. A car window was smashed at on Forest Street, and the car rear mirror and car’s CD player was stolen.
