Erica Gudino, 33, 6:48 p.m., of San Jose, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for DUI.

Hit-And-Run

Victor Dedios, 56, 7:12 p.m., of Fremont, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave., for a warrant misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Possession

Patrick Smales, 42, 9:15 p.m., of Milpitas, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave., for felony possession of a controlled substance and two warrant misdemeanor offenses related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked and using or being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Petty Theft

  • Lin Yao, 44, April 5, 12:23 p.m., of San Jose, at 20955 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property.
  • Felicia Rodriguez, 18, 8:30 a.m., of San Jose, at 800 1st St. and Mission in San Jose, for petty theft of personal property, disorderly conduct: prostitution and petty theft of personal property.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Sione Tupou, 22, April 3, 12:50 p.m., of Sacramento, at Bollinger Road and Miller Avenue in Cupertino, for two misdemeanor offenses related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked, obstructed plate, suspended license.
  • Derek Elliott, 24, 1:05 p.m., of Campbell, at Big Basin Way and 3rd Street in Saratoga, for an expired registration and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Parole Hold/Grand Theft

Andre White, 30, 11:10 a.m., of Milpitas, at Coleman Avenue and Hedding Street in San Jose, for parol hold and grand theft.
