• Brandy Palm, 23, of Roseville, May 15, 9:10 a.m., at 1 Infinite Apple Loop in Cupertino, for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.
• Elizabeth Donohue, 21, of Montana, May 15, 9:10 a.m., at 1 Infinite Apple Loop in Cupertino, for interfering with lawful business and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.
• Alex Ayala, 22, of Gilroy, May 16, 9:35 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave., for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, vandalism less than $400 and petty theft of personal property, larceny.

• Anthony Baca, 24, of Campbell, May 15, 10:35 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. 65, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose for possession of a controlled substance or paraphernalia and using or being under the influence. Bail set at $100,000.
• Rafael Marquez, 33, of Gilroy, May 15, 2:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave., for using or being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $100,000.
