Obstructing a Peace Officer

  • Rion Moran, 29, of Cupertino, May 14, 10:55 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and East Estates Drive in Cupertino, for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, using offensive works in a public place and being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $2,250.
  • Brandy Palm, 23, of Roseville, May 15, 9:10 a.m., at 1 Infinite Apple Loop in Cupertino, for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.
  • Elizabeth Donohue, 21, of Montana, May 15, 9:10 a.m., at 1 Infinite Apple Loop in Cupertino, for interfering with lawful business and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.
  • Alex Ayala, 22, of Gilroy, May 16, 9:35 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave., for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, vandalism less than $400 and petty theft of personal property, larceny.

  • Rafael Marquez, 33, of Gilroy, May 15, 2:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave., for using or being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $100,000.

  • Gabriel Ruiz, 21, of Campbell, May 7, 10:45 a.m., at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility for the vehicle and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Phillip Valdes, 60, of San Jose, March 27, 10:15 a.m., on Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for not displaying license plates and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Petty Theft

  • Amoriah Hartley, 33, of Palo Alto, May 14, 1:58 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for petty theft of personal property, larceny.
  • Chingwen Chang, 47, of San Jose, April 14, 1:30 p.m., at 10122 Bandley Drive in Cupertino, for petty theft of personal property, larceny.

Under the Influence

James Leigh, 46, of Bakersfield, May 16, 1:20 a.m., at 20488 Stevens Creek and De Anza boulevards in Cupertino, for being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $250.

Parole Hold

Anthony Flores, 28, of San Jose, May 16, 6:45 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Miller Avenue in Cupertino, for parole hold.

Protective Order Violation

David Martinez, 33, of San Jose, May 16, 8:40 p.m., at Monterey Highway and 8th Street in Gilroy, for violation of protective order. Bail set at $5,000.
