Obstructing a Peace Officer
- Rion Moran, 29, of Cupertino, May 14, 10:55 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and East Estates Drive in Cupertino, for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, using offensive works in a public place and being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance. Bail set at $2,250.
- Brandy Palm, 23, of Roseville, May 15, 9:10 a.m., at 1 Infinite Apple Loop in Cupertino, for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.
- Elizabeth Donohue, 21, of Montana, May 15, 9:10 a.m., at 1 Infinite Apple Loop in Cupertino, for interfering with lawful business and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $2,000.
- Alex Ayala, 22, of Gilroy, May 16, 9:35 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave., for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer, vandalism less than $400 and petty theft of personal property, larceny.

- Rafael Marquez, 33, of Gilroy, May 15, 2:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diana Ave., for using or being under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance. Bail set at $100,000.
