Sheriff's Arrests: Drug Crimes, Domestic Violence

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office's arrest and booking reports for June 4-5, 2012. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Susan Battle, 39, of Milpitas, June 4, 11 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. 65, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for driving with privileges suspensed or revoked and driving with a suspended license. Bail set at $15,000.
  • Robert Del Real, 31, of Santa Clara, June 4, 11:30 a.m., at Linderback and Blaney avenues in Cupertino, for violation of stop requirements, driving while license is suspended and resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $6,050.
  • Amber Clark, 27, of Morgan Hill, June 4, 1:30 p.m., at Dana Avenue and Butterfield Boulevard in Morgan Hill, for driving with a suspended license.
  • Mateo Avila, 20, of San Juan Bautista, June 4, 2 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Oscar Campos, 25, of Sunnyvale, April 20, 5 p.m., at Homestead Road and Franco Court in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with a suspended license.
  • Terrah Olson, 26, of San Jose, April 20, 4:30 p.m., at De Anza Boulevard and Lazaneo Drive in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Paul Mansourian, 56, of Menlo Park, June 5, 11:43 p.m., at 10200 Vista and Vista Court in Cupertino, for obstructing/resisting a peace officer and driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Jose Geronimo, 29, of Sunnyvale, March 24, 7:25 .am., at Homestead and Stelling roads in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with a suspended or revoked license.

Possession

  • Christian Wilder, 33, of Monte Sereno, June 4, 3:50 p.m., at W. Mission and San Pedro streets in San Jose, for possession of controlled substance, controlled substance/paraphernalia and possession of more than 28.5 grams or an ounce of marijuana. Bail set at $40,000.
  • Agatha Lucena, 31, of Morgan Hill, June 4, 2:15 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Dept. 65, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for possession of controlled substance for sale, possession of controlled substance/paraphernalia, using/being under the influence and possession of controlled substance.
  • Lucas Violet, 36, of San Jose, June 5, 2:45 a.m., at Highway 85 and Winchester Boulevard in Saratoga, for possession of controlled substance, false tabs, possession of concentrated cannabis and possession of narcotics paraphernalia. Bail set at $17,000.
  • Jason Wilson, 32, of San Jose, June 5, 9 p.m., at Glen Brae Drive and Scott in Saratoga, for possession of marijuana, selling/giving/transporting marijuana/hash, possession of marijuana/hash for sale, possession of concentrated cannabis. Bail set at $26,000.

Donald Marshman, 24, of San Jose, June 3, 4:36 a.m., at Wolfe and Homestead roads in Cupertino, for possession of burglary tools.

False Inprisonment/Domestic Violence

Mari Rivera, 35, of Gilroy, June 5, 4:38 p.m., at 2280 Cochrane Road in Morgan Hill, for false imprisonment, inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant, possession of controlled substance, driving while unlicensed and possession of controlled substance.
