Vehicle Code Violations

  • Juan Arreola Valencia, 30, of San Jose, June 17, 3:30 p.m., at 18931 Bear Creek Rd. in Los Gatos, for operating a paratransit vehicle without having a valid driver's license of a class appropriate to the vehicle and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Edith Hernandez, 41, of Sunnyvale, June 20, 7:15 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Vista in Cupertino, for no stop lights, expired registration, driving with privileges suspended or revoked, and unlawful registration.
  • Lena Lee, 24, of Santa Clara, June 25, 10:24 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Finch Avenue in Cupertino, for misdemeanor suspended license and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Pedro Cortez, 23, of Modesto, June 22, 4:20 p.m., at Prospect Road and Saraglen in Saratoga, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with a suspended license.
  • Jessica Marquez, 59, of Campbell, June 27, 6:40 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor suspened license. Bail set at $10,000.
  • Jose Lopez, 29, of Sunnyvale, June 27, 9:45 p.m., at Lazanco Drive and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor related to operating any vehicle not equipped with a functioning ignition interlock device.

DUI

Christopher Amaro, 38, of Gilroy, June 26, 9:20 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for DUI.

Possession

  • Sean Moyer, 39, of Mountain View, June 26, 11:30 a.m., at 270 Grant in Palo Alto, for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale and misdemeanor possesion of controlled substance. Bail set at $30,000.
  • Elizabeth Aguilar, 45, of Gilroy, June 26, 12:30 p.m., at Santa Teresa and Third Street in Gilroy, for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance/paraphernalia.
  • Ryan Galedrige, 30, of Mountain View, June 27, 2 p.m., at 270 Grant Ave. in Palo Alto, for felony possession of narcotics, controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of controlled substance/paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needle/syringe without prescription. Bail set at $50,000.
  • Jose Vasquez, 21, of Gilroy, June 27, 5:49 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams and felony possession of controlled substance.
  • Amanda Henderson, 25, of Los Gatos, June 27, 6:44 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Michael Brown, 45, of San Jose, June 26, 8:45 p.m., at Saratoga and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for misdemeanor narcotics registrant.

Criminal Threats

Noah Brown, 29, of Milpitas, June 26, 1:25 a.m., at the Santa Rita County Jail, for felony threats to commit crime resulting in injury. Bail set at $250,000.

Obstruction of Justice

  • Katilyn Owen, 20, of Cupertino, June 26, 7:30 p.m., at 7515 Tip Toe Lane in Cupertino, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer, vandalism, vandalism less than $400, possession of controlled substance/paraphernalia and felony forgery.
  • Fernando Aguilar, 21, of San Jose, June 25, 1:39 a.m., at Dell Avenue at San Thomas Expressway in Campbell, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, and resisting, delaying, obstructing a peace officer.

Domestic Violence

Bart Stevenson, 27, of Gilroy, June 26, 9:51 p.m., at 5750 Frazier Lake in Gilroy, for felony inflict corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant.

Petty Theft

  • Amoriah Hartley, 34, of East Palo Alto, May 14, 1:58 p.m., at 20955 Stevens Creek Boulevard in Cupertino, for petty theft of personal property.
  • Rebecca Naylor, 28, of Milpitas, May 22, 8:06 p.m., at 10150 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property.

Probation Violation

Adrian Vasquez, 25, of San Jose, June 27, 9:40 a.m., at Mariani and De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for rearrest related to probation violation and misdemeanor destroying or concealing evidence.

Contribute to Delinquency of Minor

Jose Lopez, 18, of Mountain View, May 11, 8:45 a.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard at Mt. Eden in Saratoga, for misdemeanor contribute to the delinquency of a minor.

Possession of Burglary Tools

Matthew Rossman, 35, of Los Gatos, June 27, 4:10 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for possession of burglary tools, using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and felony selling or aiding in selling of stolen property.

Hit-And-Run

  • Michelle Wang, 48, of Saratoga, April 10, 1:02 p.m., at 10001 No. De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor citation related to a hit-and-run.
  • Yuke Choi, 60, of Sunnyvale, April 18, 8:10 a.m., at 10260 So. De Anza Boulevard in Cupertino, for a misdemeanor citation related to a hit-and-run.
