Man With Memory Loss Found Unharmed

Morgan Hill resident Alfred Guzman disappeared Friday morning and authorities are asking the public to help find him and bring him home.

The elderly Morgan Hill man suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, who , was located this past weekend by emergency medical service personnel near Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose.

Alfred Guzman, 79, was found uninjured, but he appeared disoriented, said Santa Clara County Sheriff's spokesman Sgt. Jose Cardoza said, adding that he was released to his family after being assisted at the hospital.

Guzman had been distinguished to the public by his missing right thumb and GMC pick-up truck.
