How to Apply for Positions in Gov. Brown Administration

The California Latino Legislative Caucus will host a Gubernatorial Appointments Workshop to help Central Coast, Monterey Bay and San Jose residents learn how to apply for appointments in Governor Brown’s administration.

Assemblymembers Luis A. Alejo (D-Salinas), Nora Campos (D-San Jose) and Bill Monning (D-Carmel) will be joined by Mona Pasquil, Appointments Secretary to Governor Jerry Brown, at Gilroy City Hall on Tuesday, November 29. They will discuss what it means to serve the State of California and best practices for applying for an appointment to a statewide board or commission.

The workshop is open to anyone interested in seeking an appointment regardless of race, gender, age, political experience or party affiliation.
