Want to Make Gilroy a More Walkable-Rideable City?

Gilroy is taking applications for the city's Bicycle Pedestrian Commission.

Having recently received a “very walkable” designation from Walk Score, Gilroy benefits from both the density and the business that could lead to a boon in walking and cycling for work and leisure.

Do you agree with the score? Want to be able to affect the future of transportation in Gilroy for cyclists and pedestrians?

Gilroy city government is looking for an applicant to fill a seat on the five-person Bicycle Pedestrian Commission through the end of 2013.
