The man running backwards from Los Angeles to San Francisco is nearing his destination.
Shadrack Anderson, 65, born in Hawaii, has been running backwards for 40 years and has only fallen four times.
On Wednesday afternoon he sent the photo at right to Gilroy Patch, showing that he's just three miles away from Gilroy.
Anderson stays on or close to Highway 101, so keep an eye out this afternoon for the backwards running man coming through town.
