VIDEO: Local Groups Benefit From the Garlic Festival

CMAP.tv talks with members of local non-profit organizations who volunteered the Garlic Festival this past weekend.

The local chapter of the Mocha Moms were on hand this past weekend to sell garlic-peppered steak sandwiches at the Gilroy Garlic Festival in Christmas Hill Park.

According to Mocha Moms members, money raised at the festival will go toward helping stay-at-home moms as well as Gilroy families with financial assistance.

The local chapter of the Elks Lodge were also in attendance this weekend to sell their famous garlic pasts to raise money for scholarships for local youth.
