Gilroy Unified School District
The Gilroy Unified School District runs eight elementary, three middle and two high schools, plus Mount Madonna Continuation High School, the Dr. T.J. Owens Gilroy Early College Academy and the Adult Education Center. The District has been instrumental in adjusting to the increasing number of students in town, as well as meeting the needs of the different demographics. Gilroy's academic performance has been experiencing steady growth recently under the District's leadership.
