I&#39;m a full-time mother of three boys, and<br>widow of a Bay Area fallen soldier.

I&#39;m originally from Sunnyvale, but since 1999 have traveled where the Army took us until the death of my husband in 2009. I returned back to the Bay Area in the summer of 2010 with my children.<br> <br>I attended the University of Hawaii where I studied psychology in preparation for a degree in nursing. I have been a medical assistant since 1993, and have always enjoyed photography. 

I spent three years as the team photographer for my late husband&#39;s amateur adult football team. Since my return, I have blogged about my grieving process, and now am branching out toward writing.
